These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of USLENGHI's website at USLENGHI and all related AI automation products and services ("Services") provided by USLENGHI ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

USLENGHI provides AI-powered automation tools, workflows, and related digital services for businesses and individuals. These may include but are not limited to: automated content generation, data processing automations, chatbot integrations, and workflow automation toolkits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.

• Use automated scripts to scrape or extract data from our platform without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on USLENGHI are the property of USLENGHI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes only.

7. User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited licence to use, process, and store it solely to provide the Services to you. We do not sell or share your User Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain Services require payment. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in EUR unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate and should be reviewed before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USLENGHI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. Consumers in the EU also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
