Refund policy
1. Overview
At USLENGHI , we provide AI-powered automation tools and digital services. Due to the nature of digital and software-based products, our return and refund policy reflects the instant delivery and activation of these services.
2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription or service has been activated. However, we want you to be fully satisfied and we assess requests on a case-by-case basis.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
• You experienced a critical technical fault that prevented access to the service and our team was unable to resolve it within 72 hours.
• You were charged incorrectly or a duplicate transaction occurred.
• You contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not materially used the service (e.g., no automations were run, no data was processed).
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
• Change of mind after purchase and use of the service.
• Incompatibility with third-party platforms not listed in our compatibility documentation.
• Subscription renewals where a reminder email was sent in advance.
• Services consumed in full, including one-time automations or single-use AI credits.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at uslenghinomeyanthame@outlook.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]". Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain access until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in a billing period.
